8年半、株式会社ドラフトに在籍し、1枚のビジュアルの強さ、大切さを実感。
ここで学んだ経験を軸に、プロデュースの幅を広げるべく独立しました。
グラフィックを中心に全体をプロデュース。
クライアントの課題や条件に対して、クリエイティブチームをスタッフィングして、方向性を提案。
ブランディングやプロダクト開発を核に、ブランドの世界観を各メディアに展開。

I, Toshiaki Inao founded WAIKIKI on August 31, 2015.
After working at DRAFT Inc. for 8 and a half years, I had realized the strength and importance of the carefully prepared first key visual.
The strong key visual will develop ideas for creating commercial,
website or sales promotion. I established WAIKIKI inc. to further expand my producing skill based on the experience gained at my previous job.

稲生 敏明
1973年東京生まれ、3歳から横浜で育つ。
高校では軽音楽部でギターを担当。
白米をこよなく愛し、この頃から座右の銘は「大盛り人生」に。
早稲田大学法学部を卒業し、株式会社葵プロモーション（現AOI Pro.）入社。
その後、株式会社大會社（CM制作部）、カイ・ランド株式会社を経て、
2007年に株式会社ドラフトに入社。
2015年8月に株式会社ワイキキを設立。
音楽以外にも、カメラ・プロレス・野球・お笑いなどを趣味とし、
色々なカメラで撮った写真を日々Instagram（@waikiki_inc）に投稿中。

Profile of Toshiaki Inao,
Representative Director and Producer
1973 born in Tokyo and grown up in Yokohama city from the age of 3.
Belonged to a light music club and played the guitar in high school.
With the love of Japanese white rice, he chose “a large serving life”
as his favorite motto, to symbolize his challenging spirit on new ideas.
Graduated from School of Law, Waseda University
and joined Aoi Advertising Promotion Inc.
2007 joined DRAFT Inc. after working at DAIGAISHA Inc.
(CM production Dept.) and CayLand Inc.
2015 August, founded WAIKIKI inc.
Other than music, he has hobbies like taking photos,
watching professional wrestling, baseball and comedies.
He posts photos he took with various types of cameras
to the Instagram (@waikiki_inc) every day.
社名の由来
「WAIKIKI」は、ハワイの言葉で「水が湧き出すところ」という意味です。
いつも希望が湧き出て、活気に満ちた場所になれるように。
ここに来るすべての人に、笑顔が満ち溢れるように。
そんな願いを込めて、社名として付けさせていただきました。
The company name “WAIKIKI”
“WAIKIKI” comes from a Hawaiian word meaning “the place where fresh water flows out”. With hope the place always begin to spring out with full of activities. With hope smiles overflow on the faces of every visitorscome to the place. That is how “WAIKIKI” was given with wishes for the company.

ROCK・JAZZ・POPSなどさまざまなジャンルの曲調で制作。
